Now that the attempt to make MLA Jennifer Johnson say “trans-women are women” is going viral, look at what the future holds if we let this madness continue.
With people like Johnson being committed to re-education programs, progressives have been, in the words of C.S. Lewis, “handed a finer instrument of tyranny than wickedness ever has before.” What do I mean by that?
I mean that right now, Johnson’s position on gender, which is also our position on gender, is considered a crime by bureaucrats. They must think so, or else Johnson wouldn’t be a political outcast. She’s been rejected on all sides, simply because she refuses to say a man is a woman.
But the fact that she’s been sentenced to re-education and not jail for her “crime” means government must think Johnson a mental case, and not a criminal.
That’s the sinister danger behind all this.
We don’t punish mental patients; we treat them, no matter how painful the treatment might be. In this, no one ever says a doctor is persecuting his patient. There’s no such a thing as a “cruel and unusual cure.”
If radicals, acting as experts in gender, are allowed “cure” a man of his wrongthink, just as they’re trying to cure Johnson of hers, they can inflict whatever persecution they wish onto their unfortunate patients, all in the name of “healing.”
We know that progressives regard our Christian position on gender to be pure insanity. What’s going to stop them from "curing” all of us with lobotomy probes? Their "cure" will, of course, be compulsory, and it will be horrible, but it won’t be called torture.
Instead, it will be called “enlightenment,” as one day, “every prominent Christian in the land may vanish overnight into Institutions for the Treatment of the Ideologically Unsound.” There, the screams of the tormented are never heard, for they won’t be punished in their chambers, but “healed" of their old and outdated views on gender, no matter how uncomfortable their re-education might be.
Who is ordering Johnson’s brainwashing, and why? Conservatives, is this some futile attempt to make peace with all sides of the political isle? Grow up. “You cannot reason with a tiger while your head is in its mouth.”
We cannot reason with mad men and women who refuse to recognize what it means to be “man,” or “woman.” Let this be a word of warning. Our Lord said you cannot serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or your will accept the one, and despise the other. If you foolishly try and love both masters, you will discover that both of them hate you.
